Key objectives :
Develop and pilot material, process and tooling innovations to bring design creations to life
Respond to innovation requests coming from Group Design and PD
Develop PPT innovation roadmap based on HQ innovation strategy & pipeline and PPT identified innovation ideas
Manage and develop robust innovation pipeline for innovations that exist in the industry / market today but might not be in Pandora
Incorporate manufacturing-led innovation into new products through close collaboration with global design and merchandising
Oversee and ensure close collaboration across all support functions to ensure the innovations with best possible business case can be secured for Pandora within IP, BOI, etc.
Key duties :
Project management Office for Innovation operation and Projects.
Build innovation portfolio overview
Moderate and facilitate workshops for innovation teams
Answer requests from Group Design via PD by developing product innovations and new concept in the requested areas and propose alternative solutions if needed.
Coordinate with PD to ensure sufficient capacity allocation to deliver innovation development on time
Lead and manage execution of innovation projects within Brand Process, ensuring calendar adherence and results delivery
Identify and flag emerging innovation roadblocks / challenges to PD
Evaluate and input on innovation pipeline prioritization
Evaluate and input on innovation project timeline and feasibility based on innovation project complexity and PPT capability (e.g. shorter or greater than 11 months)
Ensure seamless collaboration and understanding between SMEs and the various I&PD sub-functional teams to allow smooth integration of ideas into mass production
Evaluate innovation project success and handover innovations developed to Pre-production / Production
Provide input on production issues with new innovation as required
Coordinate with pilot coordinator to ensure smooth execution of pilots within Pre-production
Collaborate across support functions in securing the best possible buisness options
Strategic direction (shared KPI)
Percentage of successful materials and new manufacturing techniques incorporation into designs.
Upstream Innovation successfully implemented on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years working experiences
Having jewelry manufacturing experiences is prefered.
Solid project management experiences in product innovation area.
Knowledge in information/knowledge management.

Attention to details and multi-tasking skills
Bachelor or higher in related fields.
