Job Description:
- Store Maintenance: Oversee store maintenance to keep everything in top condition.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and fix maintenance issues quickly.
- Vendor Management: Handle quotes, orders, and communication with vendors.
- Data Management: Collect and manage information on standard materials.
- Construction Knowledge: Apply basic construction knowledge to your work.
- Service F1 Use: Efficiently use the Service F1 maintenance app.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years as a Maintenance Manager, data management.
- App Proficiency: Experience with the Service F1 maintenance application.
- Skills: Basic construction knowledge, strong organizational skills, and good communication.
