Loan Authorization Support

Responsibilities

• Perform UOB Loan authorization (Call for Cash , UOB Pay anything and UOB Pay later.
• Making decision to approve / decline / refer to lending officer(s) in accordance to Prevailing lending authority / policies / guidelines.
• Play role to be Maker to ensure all authorized transaction performed by maker are correct.
• Support tele sales for service request required AFCD action.
• Ensure that the SOPs have been followed accordingly, recommend the supervisor for any changes to match with the market environment and practices.
• Co-ordinating with related departments for timely, efficient and proper problem solving and also
• Solve the problems that raised from staffs and seek proper solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year experience in digital fraud monitoring, financial analysis, or cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in fraud detection systems and software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
