Legal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on various topics and summarize findings as requested
• Interview and investigate facts from local and regional business units to draft constructive agreements and/or to provide high standard and practical legal advice
• Communicate with counterparties, external counsels, governmental authorities or regulators for consultation and ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations as required
• Draft, comment, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements, including maintain and update terms and conditions, agreement templates, and other legal documents to serve company’s operation
• Daily troubleshoot and support internal stakeholders e.g. provide legal advice involving with commercial contracts, IP, technology, consumer protection laws and etc. for internal risk management
• Coordinate administrative team for contract execution, contract management and team database etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in law
• Lawyer license / Thai bar admission is a plus
• 5+ years of work experience in law fields, experience in the financial service industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Proactive and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability
