Fraud & Investigation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery and acquisition of critical, hard-to-find evidence that directly impacts investigations and strengthens the company’s position in legal cases.
• Develop and implement strategies for major investigations to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
• Oversee and manage the entire investigation process, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Direct large-scale fraud investigations and complex cases involving employee misconduct and vendor fraud.
• Provide strategic counsel on legal risks to executives and the board, focusing on fraud prevention and mitigation strategies.
• Report actionable insights to the executive team on fraud and misconduct cases to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external legal counsel to manage complex, high-stakes investigations, including cross-jurisdictional issues.
• Serve as a member of the investigation committee, ensuring fair and impartial handling of misconduct cases at senior levels.
• Deliver critical legal analyses and advisories that shape decision-making in high-stakes labor disputes and criminal verdicts.
• Prepare witnesses and manage evidence in collaboration with legal counsel to ensure readiness for legal proceedings or internal reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree of Law with criminal justice major is preferred.
• Graduated from the legal training program at the Institute of Legal Education, Thai Bar Association.
• Having experience in Fraud or investigation in retail business or related 3-5 years
• Law/Police Background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
