Basic Requirements

• Hold Bachelor/Master’s degree of Law
• Formal qualification in Law and admitted to practice law in Thailand or any other common law jurisdiction.
• At least 15 years post-qualification experience, preferably in private practice and in-house, working in law firm is a plus
• Obtained Attorney-at-Law License
• General commercial experience and exposure to a range of issues.
• Litigation and dispute resolution experience.
• Strong drafting skills and negotiation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment.
• Highly proficient in English and Thai language (in speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from a range of experience levels.
• Ability to adapt to changes and to diverse cultures and individuals.
