Lead Regional Backend Developer

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software developers to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and robust C# or open-source software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality code adheres to established standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Contribute to developing technical strategies, roadmaps, and project plans.

Expertise Requirement:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in C# (required), with experience in other programming languages being a plus.
• Extensive experience with various technologies and frameworks, such as .NET, Spring, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in designing and developing distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Huawei, AWS, Azure, etc.) and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in the English language communication.
