Job Scope:
· Cost Management
- Forecast and reforecast IT MA including financial lease and IT BAU outsourcing budget by coordinating with IT custodians, PMO and FBP
- Manage IT GE cost to meet target from Top-down by driving cost initiatives across IT and working with IT procurement team to reduce the overall IT MA costs
- Lead and conduct IT business justification by
- Tracking/monitoring IT MA and IT BAU outsourcing, IT BAU project costs against the target budget/approved project budget and report to IT management
- Process PR/Pay-R/GR/IT asset registration of IT MA, IT Outsourcing, IT BAU project costs
- Support finance in allocating IT cost to BU/Value Chain

IT Asset Management
- Manage end-to-end IT asset management process across IT domain and Bank-wide and being owner of and governing all IT asset management procedures
- Manage IT HW and SW life cycle management by identifying LCM components, working with IT custodians and BU application owners to prepare LCM migrating plan, periodically track progress of LCM migration plan and report to IT management and IT NFRC, and mitigating LCM risks bank-wide
- Manage IT SW License for Infrastructure and Endpoint SW by periodically tracking and reporting license usage to IT management. Occasionally, lead clean-up activities for overuse SW licenses as found from the assessment
- Lead and review IT asset physical check across IT at least once a year and report the result to F&C
· ServiceNow and Snow Software Application Solution
- Being IT custodians for ServiceNow and Snow software
- Develop and test system enhancement request/project as per IT and Business requirements
- Manage SW license usage bank-wide
- Manage and close any identified security gaps on the applications
- Manage SW upgrade (SAAS) at least once a year
- Support all IT and Business users across the bank
· ITSA administration - Being center point of contact for submitting approved RFP to IT Procurement for further process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency with IT financial management tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Snow Software).
- Competence in using reporting and data analysis tools for tracking budget performance.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and tracking systems.
