Role & Responsibilities;
1.Requirement Analysis: Communicate with Accounting, Marketing, Operation departments to understand and analyze financial-related business workflows, requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
2.Solution Design: Design and optimize financial business processes based on the requirement analysis, proposing feasible solutions.
4.Project Management: Tracking and ensuring the project progresses as planned, identifying, and resolving issues encountered in the project.
5.System Support: Collaborate with the IT department in the development and optimization of financial systems, providing business requirements and testing support. Training and Documentation: Prepare business requirement documents and user manuals and provide training to related business personnel to ensure the smooth implementation of new system features
