IT Business Analyst (Financial Experience)

Role & Responsibilities;

1.Requirement Analysis: Communicate with Accounting, Marketing, Operation departments to understand and analyze financial-related business workflows, requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.

2.Solution Design: Design and optimize financial business processes based on the requirement analysis, proposing feasible solutions.

4.Project Management: Tracking and ensuring the project progresses as planned, identifying, and resolving issues encountered in the project.

5.System Support: Collaborate with the IT department in the development and optimization of financial systems, providing business requirements and testing support. Training and Documentation: Prepare business requirement documents and user manuals and provide training to related business personnel to ensure the smooth implementation of new system features

Qualifications;

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, logistics management, information systems, or a related field
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in financial business analysis or a related role, with experience in the logistics industry preferred
• Skills:
• Familiar with financial and logistics business processes, with strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with the system development process, able to output requirement documents and communicate with developers
• Strong project management skills, able to effectively coordinate resources across departments.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels
• Strong documentation and report writing abilities

Preferred;

• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle).
• Chinese or English can be used as working language
