Innovation Agile Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Lead the creation, management, and refinement of a prioritized product backlog, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather and incorporate feedback into the product development process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions, providing expert guidance and ensuring clear communication across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to inform product strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support intermediate and junior product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centric product development.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices within the product team, ensuring efficient processes and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for product innovation and continuous improvement
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
