The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all MGF's HR Operations, processes, and solutions, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, Payroll, compensation and benefits, employment engagement, performance management, Learning & Development, and Change Management. This position provides backend HR services.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Act as the primary contact for our remote workforce, addressing their unique requirements and challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve existing HR processes for remote employees, ensuring both efficiency and effectiveness.
• Understand and meet the HR needs of remote employees and managers, delivering exceptional customer service while following established procedures and controls.
• Work collaboratively to enhance efficiency and consistently execute all HR business processes.
• Lead the review, updating, and creation of employment documents for compliance in a remote work setting, in coordination with key stakeholders. This includes templates, offer letters, employment contracts, consulting service agreements, and other employment-related documentation.
• Participate in special projects on a local and global scale as required (20% of the time).
