Human Resources Director - Based in Mozambique

Our group is a multi-industry corporation operating in Vietnam and Mozambique, with many member companies in the fields of mining, services and investment, in which the company in Mozambique specializes in mineral exploration and processing.

Salary:

$2,000 to $3,000/month (depending on ability, directly negotiated during the interview).

Working hours: Full-time, able to work long days abroad

*Job description

• Manage all HR activities of the company in Mozambique, including: recruitment, training, performance management, and development of HR policies.

• Manage personnel records, labor contracts, salaries, bonuses, and benefits.

• Build and maintain corporate culture, ensuring cohesion between Vietnamese and local staff.

• Assist in resolving arising HR issues, ensuring a harmonious working environment.

• Report directly to the Board of Directors and participate in strategic meetings.

• Willing to travel for long periods in Africa.
