POSITION SUMMARY (Objective/Purpose of Position): As Plant HR leader one of Plant leadership team members, responsible to partner with Plant leadership team to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies in plant. Leveraging HR resources to manage a site-based HR professional services to managers and employees on site. Key RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the company's objectives. Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary reviews • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and alignment with company goals • Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns • Work closely with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business needs and objectives • Review the spending of various administrative expenses of the company • In charge of guiding and supervising the specific implementation of various administrative tasks of the company, such as canteen management, greening, sanitation, vehicle management, ticket related and etc. • Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
