Process admin tasks for Sales & Marketing activities: submit contracts, request and resolve payments and advances on system;
Work with clients and suppliers to monitor payments and debts on a monthly basis;
Work with functional teams (Legal, Finance, Sales, Account Management…) to ensure quality of documents;
Ad hoc support in reporting and business development tasks.
Proficient in Excel skills;
Having experience in Accounting, Sales Admin, Legal or similar;
Careful, hard-working, willing to learn;
Preference will be given to graduate students majoring in Finance/Legal/Banking.
