3rd Tier for Support User or contact Healthcare System Vendors or third Party
Control, Analyst and Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Control project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Control, Adjust, monitoring purpose of project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Prepare, collect and update information about status/progress of projects/programs/tasks for all departments in IT
Support for Budget Management (planning, utilization, monitoring)
Co-ordinate with all related parties for IT Cost management purpose (such as claims/misc expenses reimbursement, IT costs from each vendors/contracts)
Ensuring all documentations are maintained appropriately and responsible for documents management in IT such as document control, drafting the document/memo, follow up status of document approval
Co-ordinate for all IT procurement process to acquire related solutions to support business
Co-ordinate and responsible for Contract Management purpose (Drafting the contract, review & revise the contract, coordinate with legal team to accomplish the contract, getting contract approval and follow up the status)
Able to supervise all related tasks/jobs for Project Management to junior, Senior level
Able to Control Test & Simulation with Vendor for Prepare Update H.I.S. or Related.
Able to Control Training or Support Outreach Clinic of Hospital.
Able to Support Assign from Manger or Upper when Upon Request.
