Monitor production activities toward daily/ weekly/ monthly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the best working practices.
Daily shop floor presence to clearly visualize the progress and problem of Production situation and quickly report Supervisor in an ever changing.
Report daily production output in responsible areas to discuss the numbers achieved compared to target, do some analysis on the spot, and follow up to re-assure the execution is accomplished as plan.

Diploma Graduate or bachelor’s degree in related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Control or related fields
Skills in data visualization such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
Passionate, performance-driven, and continuously building and developing your team’s capabilities.
Logical and have a problem-solving mindset to drive the output to target.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
Able to work under pressure and short lead-time, trust us, it’s not that scary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Able to communicate in English
Good coordination and communication skills to facilitate seamless operations.
