Group EB Product Management and Strategy, Specialist

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To lead and drive product strategy, innovation, and development for both CS Group product and Individual Voluntary product solutions for corporate client proposition and response market demand and requirement from employer and employee/member.
• To be a chairman of CS Group Product Development Working Group (CS PDWG) as well as a member of Individual Business Product Development Working Group (IB PDWG) to collaborate and manage product initiatives implementation and launch plan, ensuring a smooth E2E buy-sales process, customer journey and experience.
• To be a chairman of CS Group Product Contract Working Group (CS PCWG as well as a member of Individual Business Product Contract Working Group (IB PCWG) to collaborate and manage policy contract and endorsement development and regulatory filing.
• To be a chairman of CS Group Sales Material Committee (CS S&M) as well as a member of Individual Business Product Sales Material Committee (IB S&M) to collaborate and manage product marketing material, brochure and product proposition and pitch deck for market launch, communications, and promotions
• To manage and review product performance, post-launch monitoring, and product portfolio management as well as conducting market & competitor analysis and product intelligence study to ensure product competitiveness and relevancy
• Special ad-hoc project base as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master degree with a major in Insurance, Actuarial, Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in life/non-life insurance company.
• At lease 5 years of experience in insurance product developments or related
• Experience in Group EB would be plus
• Project management skill
• Resulted oriented with fast response
• Fluent in English both speaking, writing, listening, and reading
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
