Global Sourcing Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Sourcing to meet buyer’s requirement

2. Negotiate for the best deal with the right quality

3. Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking

4. Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers

5. Follow up suppliers to sign on international purchase agreement with our terms & standard.

6. Work with QA to ensure the quality standard of law and regulations for each market

7. Deal with logistic team to process shipment and import documents.

8. Smooth transfer of the shipment to each market in terms of on time shipment.

9. Seek trend and product opportunity proposing to customers in order to achieve purchase budget

10. Generate and implement efficient sourcing in each category management strategies

11. Provide necessary and relevant report to monitor sales and performance on monthly and yearly basis.

12. Estimate risk and how to minimize risk in different situations.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education: Bachelor degree,

· At least 5 years working experience in sourcing nonfood/food field for Retail business in China

· Computer skill – MS. Office

· Entrepreneur, problem-solving, flexible, good attitude.

· Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement

· Strong project management with leadership skills

· Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions

· Chinese Language - Business proficiency level
