Financial Planning and Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Forecasting income and expenditure, as well as preparing financial reports and controlling financial budgets.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of all financial information of the company.
• Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures.
• Analyzing key financial data and advising senior management on strategic planning.
• Developing and implementing cost-effective financial policies and procedures and mitigating financial risks.
• Implementing the business operation procedures for overseas entities and monitoring the compliance of overseas transactions.
• Researching the accounting and tax laws of overseas entities to ensure that the companies comply with laws and regulations.
• Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
• Monitoring the taxation practices, as well as evaluating benefits and compensation packages.
• Gathering and ensuring completeness of all minutes of meetings of overseas entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting.
• Excellent command in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English communication skill
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including problem solving skills
• Flexible, fast learning and be able to work in team environment
