We distribute products for the Construction Hardware, Industrial Chemicals, Water Industry Equipment, and Electrical Supplies sectors, reaching out to Mom & Pop Shops and smaller independent businesses in these industries. The E-commerce & Marketing Lead position is vital in today's digital business environment, directly contributing to the company's growth and success across all digital platforms. Responsibilities: + Strategy Development and Implementation: • Create and execute the overall e-commerce business strategy, including sales targets, costs, and resource allocation across channels such as the company website, e-commerce marketplaces, and social media. • Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to achieve growth and increase brand awareness. + E-commerce Operations & Optimization (including Website): • Operate and optimize store performance on major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop...) and the company's website. • Make sure product updates, prices, promotions, images, and content are accurate, engaging, and brand-consistent on all platforms. • Actively manage and improve the user experience (UX) on the website, ensuring an intuitive, user-friendly interface and optimizing the customer journey from the initial visit to the final purchase. • Work with the technical team to ensure website performance, page load speed, security, and responsiveness on various devices. + Digital Marketing Campaigns: • Plan, launch, and manage a variety of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM (PPC), Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo), Display Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing. • Design and implement innovative promotional campaigns and special offers to attract new customers and increase customer loyalty. + Analysis and Reporting: • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, advertising costs (ROAS/ROI), and customer behavior. • Create regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) on business results and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. + Team and Partner Management: • Work closely with other departments (sales, product, operations, customer service, and IT) to ensure consistency in all activities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners (e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, and marketing service providers).
