1. Strategy & Product R&D
• Develop and propose product and service development strategies for individual customers, aligning with the bank's business direction and market trends.
• Conduct Market & Customer Research: Lead in-depth research activities on the market, competitors, new technologies, and especially the needs, behaviors, and profiles of individual customers to identify product opportunities and gaps.
• Leverage data to forecast product trends, assess market potential, and propose new or improved product solutions.
2. Product/Solution Design & Development
• Design Product Concepts: Based on market research and customer needs, develop ideas (concepts) for new products, service solutions, or features/upgrades for existing products (e.g., deposit products, credit, cards, payments, insurance, investments, digital services, etc.).
• Create Product Documentation: Develop detailed documentation about the product/solution (Product Program, Product Paper) including features, benefits, operating procedures, pricing policies, commission/fee policies, legal frameworks, and related risks.
• Coordinate Implementation: Lead and coordinate closely with relevant departments (Business, IT, Operations, Legal, Risk Management, Marketing) to ensure the development, testing, and deployment of new products run smoothly and on schedule.
• Technology Application: Propose and integrate new technology solutions (AI, Big Data, Blockchain, APIs...) into service product design to enhance customer experience and optimize efficiency.
3. Product Portfolio Management & Optimization
• Manage Product Lifecycle: Monitor the performance of the entire individual customer product and service portfolio, from launch to growth, saturation, and the need for improvement or termination.
• Evaluate Effectiveness: Measure the business performance of each product/solution (sales, profit, customer satisfaction) and propose optimization measures.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously review, evaluate, and propose improvements and upgrades to existing products to maintain competitiveness and respond promptly to market changes.
4. Team Leadership & Management
• Build and develop a team: Manage, recruit, train, and develop a team of product analysis and design experts and specialists at the Center.
• Assign & Monitor: Assign tasks, monitor performance, evaluate, and provide feedback to optimize team performance.
• Develop Culture: Build a professional, creative work environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.
