Digital Product Strategy and Development Senior Specialist - Banking Sector

OBJECTIVES: Execute and implement systems for digital products by understanding opportunities and issues related to software applications. Coordinate with vendors and software developers to deliver timely and accurate solutions, ensuring optimal use and support of technology applications in alignment with business needs. Create and implement comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.

COMMUNICATION: Serve as a coordinator and implementer on all assigned tasks, maintaining effective communication with all internal stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to negotiate, create, and develop credit life/credit shield insurance products for lending/credit card offerings, along with other digital products that can be integrated into the sales distribution channel and the line of business. 2. Implement digital insurance products with appropriate features; enhance product competitiveness and efficiency while minimizing risks. 3. Manage bundled products from product specifications, processes, and systems to compliance tasks to ensure seamless strategy and execution. 4. Develop clear and concise business requirement documents based on business and company direction for vendors to use during development. Ensure systematic tracking of all Change Requests (CRs) / Enhancements and other requests. 5. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for every enhancement / CR / development from the business perspective before deployment to production. Maintain urgency and adhere to agreed timelines for deployment. Perform daily checks on all applications in the production environment to ensure smooth business operations. 6. Provide active support to various sales functions / business users by promptly addressing queries and concerns related to digital products. 7. Perform other tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
