Customer Service (Chinese Speaking) - Siam Takashimaya (Thailand)

Responsibilities

• Contact with each department in order to serve customers need.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and facilities in Premier Lounge and customer service counter.
• Operate the customer services such as vouchers selling / sales of charity vouchers / VAT Refund / payment point / depository / baby stroller service / tax invoice issuance.
• Service and give recommendations for customer who have problems with the card or others department within the store.
• Follow details of all promotions and provide accurate information to customers.
• Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, promotion, credit card and activities in or outside the department store.
• Service and give customer requests for special services or equipment with the appropriate department.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in any related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in customer support field
• Chinese language proficiency : HSK 4 - 6
• New graduated are welcome
• Good communication in English.
• Be able to work as a shift and work in the opening and closing hours of the department store.
