Job Description

• Visual Strategy Development: Lead the development of innovative and compelling visual strategies that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
• Team Oversight: Oversee and guide a team of graphic designers, photographers, and other creative staff to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure a cohesive and effective campaign.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and effectively communicate and present creative concepts and designs.
• Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, advertising, and culture to ensure campaigns are contemporary and effective.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative assets meet internal and client standards for quality and effectiveness, upholding brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
