• 协调操作团队安排订舱、报关、运输等环节,处理突发问题(如甩柜、改港)。
4. 市场调研
• 关注行业政策(如国际贸易规则、海关新政)、市场竞争动态,提供决策建议
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Development and Relationship Management:
- Manage customer inquiries, provide suitable transportation plans, and collaborate with operational, documentation, finance, and other relevant departments to guarantee a streamlined service.
- Pricing and Cost Management:
- Obtain quotes from suppliers according to customer requirements, calculate associated costs, and generate price quotations. Monitor variations in shipping prices, changes to routes, and market conditions to proactively adjust pricing as needed. Verify all expenses to ensure profit.
- Operational Coordination and Issue Resolution:
- Coordinate with operations team to oversee scheduling of booking, customs processing, shipping, and related tasks, while addressing and resolving potential disruptions (i.e. offloading of containers, changes to port destinations).
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed of relevant regulations (i.e. international trade guidelines, new customs policies) and market competition, while sharing insightful advice and recommendations.
