Position Details

Arrange and coordinate the Sales Director’s schedule, including meetings, conferences, and customer appointments.
Manage reminders for interviews, travel plans, and other engagements.
Handle travel arrangements: book flights, transportation, and accommodation for business trips.
Assist with task management and document preparation for client meetings.
Take minutes, maintain the Director’s calendar, and manage important contracts and business documents.
Oversee document signing processes and track approvals.
Provide daily and weekly reports on work progress to the Sales Director.
Perform additional duties as assigned by direct management.
