Commercial Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end closing tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and brand performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide support in business forecast and budget planning processes, offering insights to optimize resource allocation and drive strategic decision-making.
• Act as a financial business partner for all stakeholders, providing advisory support on financial matters.
• Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes to track the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
• Strictly monitor all stakeholders including users and clients regarding work instructions (WI)/work process/finance & accounting compliance.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a commercial finance or accounting role, preferably within FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modelling tools (e.g., Excel).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Understanding of Thai accounting principles and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Thai languages.
