. You’ll work closely with the Business Development team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — from proposals to payments — while helping us operate legally, professionally, and efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Sales Documents Management

• Manage and process key sales documents (NDA, NCA, SLA, SoW, Master Contracts, Terminations, etc.)

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance in every stage of the sales flow

Proposal & Payment Support

• Assist in developing proposals, quotations, and due diligence reports

• Track billing cycles: deposits, milestones, scheduled payments

• Send invoices, reminders, and follow up on collections or payment issues

Pricing & Reporting Support

• Support the Business team in calculating and structuring proposal pricing

• Maintain and update sales data, deal history, and financial terms

• Generate reports to help track pipeline, conversion, and payment health

Legal Operations (20%)

• Draft, review, and update contract templates and compliance procedures

• Support with legal filings, mandatory business reports, and internal policy updates

• Monitor changes in law/regulations relevant to our services.
