The Demand Planner plays a critical role in generating accurate forecasts used to inform supply chain decisions, manage inventory, and support strategic business planning. This role demands the ability to analyze sales data and market trends, and incorporate insights from other teams to reliably predict customer demand. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, combining data analysis with business understanding to improve forecast accuracy and ensure product availability.

This position may require working at the Binh Duong Factory periodically, with a provided shuttle service.

• Manage and improve product demand forecasts.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to integrate key insights into the planning process.

• Review historical sales data and trends to develop demand projections.

• Develop and improve statistical forecasting models, and evaluate their performance.

• Regularly update weekly and monthly plans to ensure alignment with sales objectives.

• Organize and participate in monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

• Track and report on important metrics such as inventory levels, sales performance, and forecast accuracy.

• Maintain, review, and update records and reports related to demand planning.

• Drive improvements in demand planning processes and tools.
