Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Bidding and Sale Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Bidding, sales, purchasing, and customer relations. Experience in the oil and gas industry is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement:
• Visit and meet with customers to gather requirements and understand project needs.
• Present and persuade customers effectively, ensuring clear communication of our capabilities and offerings.
• Bidding Process Management:
• Follow and respond to posted bids, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Prepare and study bidding documents including technical and commercial, contact manufacturers and suppliers for necessary information and clarify details as needed.
• Ensure all bidding documents are properly signed and submitted.
• Contract Management:
• Review and manage contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Implement contracts by coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers to finalize technical documents for customer approval.
• Collaborate with internal departments to procure necessary equipment.
• Create vendor databases based on contract requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and expedite processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with departments to receive shipments, conduct inspections, and ensure proper delivery of equipment.
• Manage chemical inspections before exporting and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Sale execution:
• Contact and visiting customers & record all information & customer feedback
• Make quotation and follow up until the order completion.
Other Responsibilities:
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
