Business Development and Channel Manager / Senior Manager (Consumer Business)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans both new service and existing service to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales channel strategies to achieve business goals.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners.
• Execute negotiations and complete agreements with clients and partners.
• Analyze data to develop strategy and business plan.
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with product launches and promotions.
• Cover day-to-day operations work to ensure task completion
• Oversee team operations, provide coaching, and encourage the team to meet their goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business, computer, technology, or any related field
• 5+ years of experience in consumer product management, partnership management, business development, or other related areas
• Experience in working with business partners and outsource operations
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
• Japanese or Korean professional communication skills is a plus
