Business Consulting - Director

As our practice Director you will:

• Manage the main pillars of our business consulting practice: people management, delivery management and client engagement.
• Identifies, leads, or oversees the development of client-facing business solutions and offerings that impact the market.
• Act as a 'player-coach', especially initially, overseeing our consulting function but also driving the execution of crucial consulting studies.
• Directs business operations and resources of consulting practice.
• Manages and leads through the management team and senior-level individual contributors.
• Accountable for managing and growing a substantive revenue stream and client base.
• Formulate and implement our strategy for delivering digital transformation consulting services to various industries.
• Formalise, lead and manage a project team for very complex engagements.
• Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of own area under business consulting.
• Interacts with the SLTs and the management team within and outside their service line regarding matters that influence policies and strategies.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• A university degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, or related fields are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in management consulting and digital transformation, with a strong focus on supply chain optimization and operational excellence across diverse industries.
• Proven ability to establish connections with business leaders through networking events, speaking engagements, and direct client interactions.
• Demonstrated success in building a client portfolio through personal initiatives and an extensive business network.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams and complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced expertise in technical, functional, and consultative aspects of business consulting, coupled with strong operational management capabilities.
• A native THAI with a High level of proficiency in English (C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
