Collaborate with cross-company teams and stakeholders to define and gather requirements.
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Work closely with the software development team to ensure requirements are clear and can be acted upon.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure that the software delivered meets business needs and expectations.
Support Project Manager to monitor project progress, identifying potential issues, and proposing Solutions.
What You’ll Bring
4 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Developer background is a considerable advantage.
Proficiency in both Thai and English is essential.
Proficiency in Japanese is a considerable advantage.
Prior experience with mobile app and API development, especially iOS and Android platforms. Experience related to data project or data processing is a plus.
Experience in working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a plus.
