Blockchain Researcher (Sodility)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and applications.
• Develop and deploy secure, efficient smart contracts using Solidity with a focus on functionality and best practices.
• Implement automated unit testing frameworks to ensure the integrity and robustness of smart contracts.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to integrate blockchain solutions into existing systems.
• Analyze on-chain data to identify trends, optimize smart contract performance, and detect potential issues.
• Develop and implement automated incident response protocols for on-chain monitoring.
• Gain experience with cross-chain interoperability solutions and their implementation. (Nice to Have)
• Leverage CircleCI for continuous integration and deployment of smart contracts. (Nice to Have)
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology.
• Share your knowledge and insights, actively contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• 2-3+ years of experience in blockchain technology research and development.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology concepts, including distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
• Solid experience with Solidity development and best practices for writing secure and efficient smart contracts.
• Proficiency in automated smart contract unit testing frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for learning and staying current on the ever-evolving blockchain landscape.
• Experience with on-chain data analysis tools and visualization techniques. (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with on-chain monitoring and automated incident response techniques. (Nice to Have)
• Experience with cross-chain interoperability solutions, particularly LayerZero.(Nice to Have)
