BI AB Testing and Platform Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Support platform wide strategy, identify key areas of improvement, and drive commercial goals with data driven solutions
• Design, conduct and lead deep dive studies and analyses across various business functions
• Handle AB Testing pipeline, designing test framework, oversee sampling process, and draw statistically significant conclusions from the result
• Translate complex data analysis into accessible business-focused reports and recommendations and present to stakeholders
• Act as the liaison between multiple stakeholder groups to facilitate and ensure the delivery of data projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields is preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience in business analysis/intelligence role
• Experience in project & stakeholder management responsibilities
• Strong data querying and processing skills (SQL, Excel)
• Advance English communication and written skill is preferred
• Knowledge of statistics fundamentals and statistical modelings is a plus
