1 Supply control & order management
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on supply capabilities for orders/forecasts, based on available resources.
- Coordinate with relevant departments/teams to meet sales demands.
- Ensure goods are transferred to the North on time and efficiently.
- Make sure the correct labels are applied for special markets.
2 MPS management
- Provide data for Supply Review & Integrated Reconciliation meetings:
+ Visualize MPS to analyze filling line capacity & resources
+ Propose solutions to gain approval/alignment when demand exceeds production capacity and finished goods storage is limited
- Timely inform relevant departments of any unusual or changing demand to prepare manufacturing resources.
- Ensure that monthly and weekly production schedules are created and managed in SAP, and refine MPS communication with other functions.
- Lead monthly planning meetings with the Production & Warehouse team.
- Monitor production OTIF (On Time In Full) and work with the Production team to ensure goods are available on the committed ready date.
3 Finished Goods SLOB management
- Control all disposal cases and obtain alignment from the Person in Charge (PIC) for switching/changes.
- Ensure SLOB list is submitted, obtain management approval, and push relevant teams to take timely SLOB clearance actions.
- Obtain alignment with involved teams on SLOB preventive actions.
4 System implementation and enhancement
- Identify & report any SAP errors related to MPS.
- Cooperate with related teams to minimize the impacts of SAP system errors.
- Work with SAP Experts for SAP improvements or error handling to minimize manual processes and maximize planning efficiency.
5 Risk management of supply
- Highlight all supply issues that may impact demand within M+3 months.
- Identify potential problems and opportunities related to major events such as factory shutdowns, force majeure situations, transition of old/new products, etc., and communicate them to relevant parties.
- Detail the impacts of proposed actions and related trade-offs.
6 Division performance enhancement
- Manage variable safety stock to capture demand trends.
- Propose initiatives to improve the planning operation annually.
- Lead division improvements/initiatives and participate in projects to achieve higher productivity and savings.
- Develop and execute training plans for new employees.
- Support employees in implementing their growth plans.
7 Others
- Responsible for Supply Update, Stock Allocation, FCA (Forecast Consumption Analysis) & OTIF reports.
- Fulfill other tasks requested by the Manager.
