Application Architect

Your role

• Produce technological solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural orientations
• Influencing architectural decisions and orientations
• Participate in the automation of development processes
• Collaborate with technical teams (solution and data architects, functional analysts, developers, etc.) and be able to challenge proposals
• Act as a reference expert for the technological aspects of the product
• Diagnose problematic situations and intervene in the resolution of complex problems
• Actively contribute to deliveries with development teams

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Computer related field
• 6 years+ of relevant experience
• At least 3 years as an application architect in a software development team with hands-on experience in Java Springboot and AWS Cloud platform.
• Mastery of Cloud concepts (AWS) and technologies, REST API, web security and API, real-time data flow, Kafka and MQ
• Knowledge of Jenkins, git, Docker and Nexus tools
• Team player, great ability to take charge and communication skills
• Experience in delivery in agile mode: Scrum, SAFe or DevOps, an asset
• Knowledge of Banking Operations process is an asset
• Adaptability in a changing context
• Fluent in English
