• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Legal Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in development and creation of Financial Models
• Experience in project management and contract review, including contracts such as construction contracts and financial support agreements (Project Finance)

รายละเอียดงาน :

• Develop, update, review, and verify Financial Models to support business expansion
• Develop existing projects or new projects both domestically and internationally, including business integration or company acquisitions
• Coordinate, draft, review, audit, and negotiate relevant contracts for project development both domestically and internationally
• Source, compare, and secure funding sources for projects both domestically and internationally, and ensure disbursement aligns with contract terms
• Monitor, track, stimulate, and coordinate with relevant units both internally and externally to ensure project success
• Prepare reports and present information to company executives, various committees, and external parties
