Which type of Accounting and Finance Director are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
- At least 10 years of experience working in Accounting, Costing, Budgeting and Taxation.
- At least 3 years experience in the middle management level of a listed company.
- Strong knowledge in accounting, costing, budgeting, and taxation.
- Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, results-oriented and highly motivated.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Work well under pressure.

What is your responsibility?
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department to ensure that the Company books are reported in a timely and accurate matter to all the relevant departments.
- Prepare and review the detail of all accounts to ensure that they comply with Thai Financial Reporting Standards.
- Monitor budget, and cost control such as checking the standard cost and cost variance calculation.
- Oversee and prepare financial statements by a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Analyze accounting data and prepare various managerial reports including performing monthly analysis of the Company's performance.
- Check and file various statutory returns to the Revenue Department on a timely basis – like PP30, 3, 53, PND50, 51.
- Manage the work and development of accounting team members.
- Liaising with the external auditor and government agency.
- Ad hoc projects upon request.
