Location: The Gravitique Hotel Khaosan, Bangkok
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports to: General Manager / Owner


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales professional to join our boutique hotel group – The Gravitique Hotel, with two unique properties in Khaosan Road and Wireless Road. You will be responsible for driving revenue across both hotels, overseeing direct sales, OTA platforms, travel agents, event bookings, and social media engagement, while working closely with our Marketing and SEO teams to boost room and F&B revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales across both properties (Khaosan & Wireless Road)

  • Handle Direct Sales – individual, group, and corporate clients

  • Oversee and optimize OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.)

  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, DMCs, and tour partners

  • Identify and pursue event sales opportunities (private dinners, small groups, business functions)

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and SEO teams to drive online direct bookings

  • Contribute to pricing strategies, promotions, and online campaigns

  • Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs

  • Attend travel trade shows, networking events, and sales meetings

  • Support the development of food & beverage promotions and packages

  • Coordinate closely with the reservations and revenue management teams


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
    (Years of experience depending on position level: Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager)

  • Experience working with OTAs, direct bookings, and travel trade channels

  • Strong knowledge of boutique hotel markets and customer segmentation

  • Fluent in English and Thai (spoken & written)

  • Familiarity with OTA extranets, PMS, Channel Managers, Google Workspace, and Excel

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Energetic, results-driven, and able to work independently across multiple channels

  • Ability to align sales strategies with marketing and SEO goals

  • Knowledge of Bangkok’s hotel and F&B landscape is a plus
