Senior KOL Livestream Specialist

Strategy & Operations: Develop KOL/Livestream strategies aligned with business goals; establish standardized livestreaming workflows.

Booking & Relationship Management: Source, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and Celebrities.

Support & Training: Provide guidance, optimize scripts, enhance on-camera skills, and manage risks during live sessions.

Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (GMV, Views, Conversion Rate); evaluate effectiveness and drive sales growth.

Trend Tracking: Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends and platform algorithm changes to apply to livestreaming activities.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in similar positions, MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks), or Agencies.

Network: An extensive network of KOLs/KOCs; deep understanding of TikTok Shop and social commerce.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Mindset: Ability to work under high pressure; sharp business acumen and a keen eye for market trends.
