Job Description
Assist in planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and order conversion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Performance Media, Designer, and BD) to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as GMV uplift, CVR, CTR, and CIR to identify optimization opportunities.
Manage coupon setup and testing on platform backend, ensuring accuracy and cost-efficiency.
Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
Support execution of partnership and co-subsidy campaigns with key merchants.
Conduct competitor monitoring to benchmark performance, campaign strategy, and user communications.
Collaborate with design and content teams to brief creative assets that fit campaign objectives and user segments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or e-commerce (experience in FMCG / delivery / quick commerce is a plus).
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with Google Sheets, performance dashboards, and data visualization tools.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, iGMV per THB, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
