Project Management Specialist - Mart (1-year contract)

Lead and oversee projects to improve Mart service fundamentals, including concept testing, product development, and project launch

Define, track, and drive project goals, targets, and KPIs, with end-to-end ownership

Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to evaluate current processes and procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions

Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field

3–5 years of experience in project management or related roles

Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar position

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

Proactive, adaptable, and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude

Willingness and ability to travel upcountry as required

Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Proficient in google slides and googlesheet
