Job Description
Develop and execute CRM strategy (Retail/FMCG).
Manage customer data, segmentation, and analysis for insights.
Plan and implement targeted CRM campaigns across channels.
Oversee automated CRM programs and customer journeys.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and IT for customer experience.
Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance.
Manage CRM budget.
Stay updated on Retail/FMCG CRM trends.
Potentially manage a CRM team.
Requirements
Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
3+ years of CRM marketing experience (Retail/FMCG preferred)
Strong knowledge of CRM principles and technologies
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization
