Job Description

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

  • Generate and qualify leads to expand business opportunities.

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and warehouses.

  • Present suitable property options and guide clients throughout the sales process until deal closure.

  • Provide commercial real estate advisory services, including market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.

  • Recommend property solutions that align with clients’ business objectives and requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes, ensuring smooth coordination among all stakeholders.

  • Handle documentation, negotiations, and communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Drive new client acquisition and contribute to business growth through proactive business development activities.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in office broking, commercial real estate sales, or business development.

  • Experience in client-facing roles and transaction management.

  • Strong lead generation, sales, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets, leasing, and investment advisory.

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and negotiations effectively.

  • Strong business development mindset with a proven ability to acquire new clients.

  • MBA from a recognized institution is required.

  • Candidates from International Property Consultant (IPC) firms are preferred.

  • Hospitality industry professionals with business development experience are welcome to apply.

  • MBA graduates from hotel management institutes with business development experience will be considered.
