Plan and assist in developing the Content Plan for HR social media channels

Edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikTok, Shorts) focusing on work-life, corporate culture, and recruitment

Publish and manage content across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

Brainstorm fresh ideas to make HR content more approachable, engaging, and on trend

Monitor basic engagement metrics and collect feedback to continuously improve content quality

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any field

Passionate about content creation, social media, and video production

Proficient in basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

Active social media user with a strong understanding of current trends and short-form video content

Creative, proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player
