Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including negotiations, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business growth.
Drive new client acquisition through proactive business development and market outreach activities.
Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in office broking, commercial real estate, or business development.
Strong understanding of commercial property leasing, sales, and transaction processes.
Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of market trends, property valuation, and investment opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
