Ensure a well-thought-out, logically structured, and functional product

Translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications for development

Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria

Make use of the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components

Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to research, analyse, and prototype new product features

Develop user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and system flows

Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation

Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role

A structured and analytical approach - thinking beyond features to consider system logic, usability, scalability, and business impact

Proficiency in Figma

Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications

Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis

Ability to think in systems and identify gaps or inconsistencies

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proficient written communication skills in English
