Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling videos for social media (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and internal communication channels.

• Manage the entire post-production process from conception to final delivery, including color grading, sound design, and encoding.

• Independently produce and finalize high-quality video content for platforms like YouTube, demonstrating a strong understanding of platform best practices.

Visual Effects and Graphics:

• Develop and execute motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects to enhance video content.

Content Enhancement and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with content creators and directors to understand the project's creative vision and objectives.

• Suggest and implement creative editing solutions to enhance the visual and storytelling aspects of videos.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements.

Audio Editing:

• Enhance and adjust audio elements, including background music, voiceovers, and sound effects, to improve overall video quality.

• Ensure clear and balanced audio throughout the video.

Color Correction and Grading:

• Perform color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency and create the desired mood and tone for the video.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all video content aligns with Arise's brand guidelines and messaging.

• Ensure the final video product aligns with the project's objectives and quality standards.

• Conduct rigorous quality checks and make necessary revisions.

Software and Equipment:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, tools, and equipment to optimize video production processes.

Footage Organization:

• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries for efficient video editing and future reference.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics production, preferably within a corporate or brand communication environment.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production.

• Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and visual aesthetics.
